Overview
Understanding the project scope and supporting the core project team in achieving the forecasted objectives.
Responsibilities
Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned training related projects
Monitoring compliance to applicable processes, practices, QM policies
Setting the key performance indicators for the projects with the regular reporting practices
Interacting periodically with the internal stakeholders to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field
Supporting the project manager in the scheduling, planning, forecasting, coordinating, and reporting of KPIs to ensure project accuracy and quality. The Project engineer will be responsible for the operational and the administrative aspects for the efficient project management of the ongoing projects; will also establish performance criteria for the proper implementation of all the elements of a project.
Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned training related projects
Formulating project parameters and supporting the project manager, internal stakeholders on the action execution and progress trend
Interacting with customers/clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field
Performing quality control tasks on schedules, forecast and risk management of tasks
Cooperating and regularly communicating with the project participants to create more efficient processes
Regular reviewing of the tasks, risks and NCs; thereby actively initiating/driving the necessary corrective actions
Developing specifications for the project's needed equipments, if any
Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection
Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests
Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable processes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications
Job Requirements
A Bachelor degree in engineering or any related field is required
Project management certification or MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute is a plus
5 years of field and project planning experience in aviation industry
Experience in an airline or training organization or any organization related to aviation is a must
Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of Project management digital tools is required
The ability to work with multiple discipline projects and a multicultural environment.
