Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Pune, India is seeking a Project Engineer - Quantity Surveyor to join our construction QS team. You will handle cost estimation, measurement, BOQ, tendering and contract administration across projects.

Responsibilities

1. Quantity Take-Off & Measurement

• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings (BOQ preparation).
• Measure quantities of earthwork, concrete, steel, masonry, finishing works, etc.
• Verify quantities with tender drawings and IFC drawings.
• Maintain measurement sheets and records.

2. Cost Estimation & Budgeting

• Prepare cost estimates and project budgets.
• Analyze material, labour, and equipment costs.

3. BOQ & Tendering
