Job summary

Essar Career Site is seeking a Project Scheduler to assist in developing project schedules using MS Project or Primavera, tracking progress, and coordinating with execution and engineering teams. The role involves preparing status reports, dashboards, and WBS management to support project delivery.

The position requires close collaboration with procurement and site teams, with a focus on risk identification, documentation compliance, and cost forecasting to ensure successful milestones.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera (P6).
• Track project progress against milestones, timelines, and budgets.
• Work closely with the project execution, procurement, and engineering teams to gather and analyze project data.
• Prepare and update project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support in preparing and maintaining the Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Resource Allocation Plans.
• Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with project planning standards.
• Support cost control, including monitoring of expenditures and forecasting.
• Participate in site visits and coordinate with site teams for status updates.
