Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Telangana is seeking a Project Engineer to join the Project and Development Services team. You will support planning, execution, and closeout of complex construction projects for diverse clients, coordinating with PMs, architects, and contractors.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 3-5 years of PM experience, and strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; PMP/LEED AP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
• PMP/LEED AP certification is a plus.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and delivering complex construction and development projects for our clients across various sectors.What your day-to-day will look like:Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of construction projectsCollaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clientsReview and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documentsManage project schedules, budgets, and quality control measuresConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and regulationsPrepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, change orders, and correspondenceIdentify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project successAssist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and servicesEnsure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standardsDesired or preferred experience and technical skills:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field3-5 years of experience in construction project management or related roleStrong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and industry standardsProficiency in project management software and MS Office suiteExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProfessional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED AP) is a plusEstimated compensation for this position isThe salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed.
