Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager focusing on mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and other mechanical building systems.
• Familiarity with building codes and industry standards.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate mechanical construction activities.
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers for mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, structural, etc.).
• Monitor project budgets and schedules related to mechanical work.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Resolve technical issues and propose solutions.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
• Oversee commissioning and handover of mechanical systems.
