Qualifications

  • Proven track record in continuous improvement and client reporting.
  • Experience coordinating budgets and vendor management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee low-side soft services operations and housekeeping standards.
  • Respond to priority calls immediately and manage escalations.
  • Coordinate moves with the space management team and vendors.
  • Maintain site compliance with statutory norms and budgets.
  • Liaise with TPV vendors, mail room, medical room and mothers room.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, payments and cost optimizations.

Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, and technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, we empower you to shape a brighter way forward so you can thrive professionally and personally.What this job involves:Responsible for the overall Low side soft services operations.Ensure immediate response to Priority Calls.Scheduled and Surprise walk around of the Facility to ensure high standards of housekeeping and upkeepEnsure the TTs are closed with in timelines/SLAs.Advising the business on measures to improve the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the facility.Prepare & Managing Budgets, Leverage technology, Make quick decisions and solve problems.Maintain good relationships with a wide range of employees, managers, executives, suppliers, vendor & Client stake holders.Events management, ADHOC and planned request to be handled with the guidelines provided.Co-ordinate and execution of all the BU moves in sync with the space management team.Overseeing mail room servicesOverseeing of Medical room and Ambulance services.Ensure the accruals are submitted with minimal or no variance.Coordinate & DeliverResponsible for the upkeep of the Low side soft services areas/floors.Monitoring Facilities Assistant managers/Executives and assigning them the task/guide them where ever required.Handle all emergency situations pertaining to employees and TPVWork as a team player with co-workers and in conjunction with other departments.Ensuring the site compliance scores are maintained as per the statuary norms.To have the monthly connects with the TPV Vendor for seamless operations.Analyse the vendor score card to raise the bar.Customer ServiceDeliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facility Management services in support of Client’s business needs in a safe working environmentBe accessible for escalation of all FM related issuesIn case of any medical emergencies at site He/she has to promptly act up on the situation and further reporting to be done.Over seeing mailroom/medical room/Mothers room facilities to provide the standards and quality of experience.Technology tools implementation and management.Assistance to finance team in preparing the annul budgets.Supporting Business EAs for any Adhoc requests.Prepare, review and submit MBR & QBR.Ensure that the contractors are meeting their commitments on scheduled delivery of trainings.Implement cost savings initiatives for the client and optimize efficiencyProactively solve problems as they arise.Proactively seek to improve the systems and processes of all operations in response to changes in the campus.Ensure timely submissions of the invoices and payments clearances with in the specified time lines.Supplies:Stores, Inventory’s and ROL to be looked at and orders to be placed accordingly.Ensure there is no stock out issues, supplies should be available all the timesRaising the requirement to the procurements for suppliesAdhoc business requirements to be handledApproving of Indents on IMT.The budgets for the month allocated are utilized.Education and experienceCandidate must have a high school diploma or graduate degreeMinimum 4 years prior experience in facilities/property management, hospitality or related field preferredKnowledge of Technology applications, organization skills, strong verbal skills, detail oriented, prioritizing skills, customer service, follow upPositive, professional, pleasant attitude, self-motivated; confident, energetic, and flexibleStrong Customer focus that includes critical thinking, excellent people skills, problem solving, empathy and the ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demandsAbility to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situationsDemonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirableDemonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports requiredA relationship builderClient Satisfaction and cost effectiveness;Continuous improvement in the following: - Morale and satisfaction of employees under management.
