The role requires hands-on management of resources and adherence to safety norms, with a focus on timely project delivery.

The incumbent will guide junior engineers and site teams, review methodologies, and maintain comprehensive progress reports to support project success.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6-10 years in civil/PMO environments.
• Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Preferred: Construction Management/Project Management background.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site execution per drawings, specs and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants for timely completion.
• Review work methodologies for quality and safety compliance.
• Track progress, identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
• Monitor resources, manpower, materials, and equipment deployment.
• Support QA/QC and safety teams in project standards.
• Prepare and maintain site docs and progress reports.
• Identify and elevate issues related to progress, quality, safety and resources.
• Guide project engineers and site teams for effective execution.
