About the Role:
We are looking for a B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to oversee the execution, supervision, and monitoring of civil construction activities at project sites. The role will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to approved drawings and specifications, safety compliance, timely project execution, cost control, and effective coordination with contractors, PMC, consultants, vendors, architects, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Inspect and verify reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, finishing, and other civil works before execution.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and QA/QC requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with PMC, contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Maintain DPRs, measurement records, site progress reports, and project documentation.
- Monitor labour productivity, manpower, materials, and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure proper material inspection, handling, storage, and utilization at the site.
- Verify contractor bills and quantities based on actual executed work, in coordination with the PMC.
- Ensure implementation of site safety practices and safety norms.
- Ensure proper curing, workmanship, and quality control at all stages of construction.
- Ensure project data and documentation are updated and available online through the designated Project Management software.
- Support budget control, cost-saving initiatives, savings statements, and variance analysis.
- Monitor and implement change management and change control during project execution.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports, including challenges, risks, delays, issues, and proposed way forward.
What We Are Looking For
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project execution.
- Strong experience in site supervision and construction execution.
- Good understanding of drawings, BOQ, measurements, quality standards, and construction practices.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage contractors effectively.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, timelines, documentation, and cost control.
- Good reporting and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites as required.
