Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer with hands-on experience in executing ELV projects, including CCTV, Access Control Systems, and Building Management Systems.

You will lead project execution, coordinate stakeholders, install and commission systems, and deliver projects on time and within budget. The role requires strong coordination with customers, consultants, vendors, and internal teams, plus site oversight from initiation to handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline is required.
• Graduate preferred; Diploma holders with relevant experience can also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage ELV/BMS projects including CCTV, ACS, and BMS.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities from initiation to handover.
• Manage site execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and system integration.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, quality, and timeline requirements.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Conduct site surveys and provide technical support during project execution.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and handover documents.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Role - Project Engineer - ELV/BMS

Role Summary

We are looking for a Project Engineer with experience in executing and managing ELV projects, including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and Building Management Systems (BMS). The candidate will be responsible for project execution, coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Other ELV Systems
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities from initiation to handover.
• Manage site execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and system integration activities.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against project milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, quality, and timeline requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial buildings, industrial facilities, data centers, healthcare, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
