Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate preferred; diploma holders with relevant ELV/BMS exposure may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage ELV/BMS projects including CCTV, ACS, and BMS.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor activities from initiation to handover.
• Oversee site execution, installation, testing, commissioning and integration.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Prepare schedules and track progress against milestones.
• Ensure delivery within budget, quality, and timeline requirements.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Conduct site surveys and provide technical support during project execution.
• Prepare project documentation and handover files.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Role - Project Engineer - ELV/BMS

Role Summary

We are looking for a Project Engineer with experience in executing and managing ELV projects, including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and Building Management Systems (BMS). The candidate will be responsible for project execution, coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage projects related to:
• CCTV Systems
• Access Control Systems (ACS)
• Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Other ELV Systems
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities from initiation to handover.
• Manage site execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and system integration activities.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against project milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, quality, and timeline requirements.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Conduct site surveys and provide technical support during project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.
• Graduate preferred; Diploma holders with relevant experience can also be considered.

Experience

• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in ELV/BMS project execution.
• Hands-on experience in CCTV, ACS, and BMS projects.
• Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and project management.
• Prior experience in commercial buildings, industrial facilities, data centers, healthcare, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
