Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
• PMP/Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of Data Center BMS projects from kick-off to handover.
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities.
• Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC Controls, Electrical Monitoring Systems, CCTV, ACS, and Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project KPIs and ensure timely delivery within contractual commitments.
• Conduct project review meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and company standards.
• Handle customer escalations and drive resolution.
• Support project documentation, billing milestones, and project closure activities.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of Data Center projects, with a strong focus on Building Management Systems (BMS) and integrated building solutions. • Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, and multiple stakeholders.
