Job summary

Gayatri Aircon Pvt Ltd in India is seeking an on-site HVAC site engineer to manage execution of HVAC projects as per bar chart. You will oversee chiller, AHU/FCU, pumps, VRF and ductable units, coordinate with consultants, architects, clients and contractors, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

The role requires AutoCAD knowledge, BOQ preparation, MIS reporting, and willingness to travel with own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems including chillers, AHU/FCU, pumps and VRF.
• Ability to interpret drawings and prepare basic BOQs.
• Excellent coordination with consultants, architects, clients and contractors.
• Must have own vehicle and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling HVAC Sites for the execution as per bar chart.
• Knowledge of Head Load, Equipment Selection, Preparation of BOQ.
• Good working knowledge of HVAC Sites and evaluating the Drawings, BOQs, estimates etc.
• Coordination with Consultants, Architects, clients & contractors.
• Ensuring satisfactory execution of the HVAC system like chiller, AHU unit, FCU unit, chilled water pump, VRF, Package Ductable unit etc.
• Co-ordination with Purchase department for the timely delivery of material on sites.
• Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time and effective resource utilization to maximize output.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Submission of MIS Reports.
• Must have own vehicle.
