Job summary

Advance Ventilation in Delhi is seeking a Site Execution Engineer to lead HVAC site activities, including installation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting and associated systems. You will coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery with safety and quality at the forefront.

The role requires a Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, experience with HVAC packages on EPC projects, strong leadership, and the ability to own and resolve site challenges

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Super Thermal Power Projects / EPC companies handling HVAC packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC site execution including installation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducts, pumps, and piping.
• Coordinate with client, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Plan daily work, resources, manpower, and safety-compliant progress.
• Prepare and report daily site progress to Site In-charge / Project Manager.
• Develop daily schedules, manpower plans, and progress tracking.
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory regulations at site.
• Manage material planning, verification, and reconciliation.
• Handle installation protocols, client sign-off, and billing-related activities.

• Lead and manage complete HVAC site execution including installation of Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, Pumps, piping, insulation, Ventilation systems, Exhaust systems, etc.
• Coordinate with client, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Daily work & resource planning and deployment of manpower, materials and execution of work with safety & progress.
• Daily work progress report to Site In-charge / Project Manager.
• Prepare and monitor daily site schedules, manpower planning, and progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory regulations at site.
• Manage material planning, verification, and reconciliation.
• Handle Inspection, prepare & signing of Installation protocols from Client engineer, measurement, raise billing & realization of payment from Client.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Super Thermal Power Projects / EPC companies handling HVAC Packages.
