Job summary

Trac Fujico Air Systems is seeking a capable professional to supervise HVAC/MEP projects across India. You will oversee engineering planning, procurement, and execution, including erection, installation, testing and commissioning of centralized HVAC systems such as chillers, VRF, and ventilation.

The role requires strong site supervision skills, good English/Hindi communication, and willingness to travel for site inspections and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, MEP and government projects.
• Strong supervision and site execution experience.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Willingness to travel to site inspections and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Supervising HVAC / MEP jobs on Pan India basis.
• Engineering, planning, procurement, project execution, erection and installation of centralized HVAC systems.
• Testing and commissioning and handover of projects, including chillers and chilled water systems, VRF, ventilation, air washers, dehumidifiers and scrubbers.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure quality, timely, and cost-effective project delivery.
• Responsible for timely submittals and approvals, billing and revenue generation without losses.
• Sourcing and management of contractors, materials indenting, receiving and storage at site.
• Ensure site statutory compliance.

Role & responsibilities

Supervising HVAC / MEP Jobs - Pan India Basis -

Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Project Execution, Erection, Installation, Testing & Commissioning and Handing over of Centralized HVAC system (both Hiside & lowside)

including Chillers & Chilled water system, VRF system, Ventilation system, Air washers, dehumidifiers, Scrubbers, etc

Maintaining sincere relationship with the customers satisfying them by completing the Quality Job On time & cost effective

Responsible for timely submittals & approvals, Billing and Revenue generation, without loss & damages

Contractors sourcing & management

Materials indenting, receiving, storing safely and proper utilization at site

Site Statutory Compliance

Preferred candidate profile

experienced & Sound knowledge on HVAC, MEP and Govt Projects

Good experience on Project supervision & site execution

Having good personality to handle all the contractors well

Ready to work at Site

Having good Job knowledge and methodology of execution

Being fluent in English & Hindi

Ready to travel to other projects for site inspection, review meetings & for all important client meetings, etc. whenever required

Having two wheeler for the local travelling / transport cost will be refunded
