Job summary

Anarock Property Consultants Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive site-based professional to support the timely delivery of project activities in line with approved scope, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.

You will act as a technical support partner to the Project Manager, providing accurate site data, coordination inputs, and constructive feedback on drawings to promote disciplined execution and compliance with specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating site activities and supporting project delivery.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to read drawings and specs and provide coordination inputs.

Responsibilities

• Implement Master Schedule and Micro Schedules, including resource planning, pour schedules, and tracking logs.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure planned progress is achieved and mitigate delays.
• Prepare, review, and track QA/QC plans, inspection checklists, and ITPs.
• Monitor safety procedures and ensure adherence to site safety standards and protocols.
• Ensure strict implementation of Synergy manuals and organizational systems.
• Support value engineering initiatives and provide constructive feedback on drawings.
• Inspect quality of work and materials delivered at site for compliance.
• Monitor manpower deployment and productivity at site.
