Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction activities and ensure work sites are safe, organized, and properly maintained.
• Prepare cost estimates and ensure the availability of required materials, equipment, and tools.
• Provide technical guidance and recommend improvements to construction processes and project execution.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and technical issues as required.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure suitable materials, services, and contracts.
• Review and authorize technical drawings, designs, and engineering plans.
• Develop work schedules and communicate project updates or adjustments to site teams and clients.
• Collect project data, prepare reports, and present progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Delegate tasks, coordinate meetings, and organize training sessions when necessary.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and provide constructive feedback to the project team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and construction regulations.
