Job summary

SGK Consultant is seeking an Engineer, Projects Support to design, develop and commission PLC/HMI logic for customers across various domains. The role involves supporting technical projects, documentation, and on-site activities.

You will read RFQs, prepare URS, and assist with FAT/SAT, O&M manuals, and FAT procedures, with opportunities to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication is required.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience in development and commissioning.
• Schneider components knowledge; other PLCs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on PLC/HMI logic development and commissioning.
• Provide technical support and remote start-up assistance.
• Read RFQ, understand scope, and prepare URS documents.
• Prepare FDS, O&M, FAT and SAT procedure documents.
• Attend technical issues and resolve them efficiently.

Job description

Participates in a business unit where the Engineer, Projects Support generates revenues to at least support costs plus growth providing technical applications engineering assistance, training assistance and other functions of Technical Support.

• Should have a good communication skill in English
• Willing to travel Domestic and International Site
• Need both Development and Commissioning experience.
• Attend the technical issues and resolve efficiently.
• Adequate Knowledge in Schneider components and selection.
• knowledge in other PLCs ( Schneider, Siemens, GE, Mitsubishi, ABB) appreciated.
• Read RFQ and Understand the scope and prepare URS document
• Preparation of Functional Design Specification, O&M Manual, FAT and SAT Procedure documents.
• Support commissioning and FAT activities. Schneider Experience: 3+Year

Domain Knowledge in any: Water treatment, Machine Automation, Automobile, Beverages and Food, Chemical and Pharma, Oil and Gas.

Work Profile: Work on customer Specific standards, PLC and HMI logic development, Commissioning, support remote start-up.
