Job summary

ENGIE India in Noida is seeking a seasoned Project Development professional to drive land acquisition, grid connectivity, and the end-to-end development of renewable projects from concept to construction-ready stage.

You will manage land parcels, CTU/STU approvals, and co-development partnerships while coordinating with internal teams and external advisors. This onsite role requires extensive travel across multiple states to advance India's clean energy transition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in renewable energy project development in India.
  • Deep expertise in land acquisition processes, lease agreements, and permitting.
  • Proven track record in securing grid connectivity approvals (CTU/STU).
  • Experience across states such as Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and be based at project locations as required.
