Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across software and AI projects.
• Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, QA and product teams.
• Understand project requirements and convert them into clear tasks.
• Create and maintain project plans, task lists and timelines.
• Assign and follow up on tasks with team members.
• Track development progress and identify delays or blockers.
• Conduct regular team follow-ups and project status meetings.
• Coordinate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes and status reports.
• Ensure requirements are clearly communicated to the development team.
• Follow up on bugs, testing, releases and pending activities.
• Escalate project risks, delays and dependencies to management.
• Help ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate project updates to clients/management when required.

About the Role

Triosoft Technologies is looking for a Project Coordinator who can work closely with developers, designers, QA, product teams and management to ensure software and AI projects are planned, tracked and delivered on time.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication, strong coordination skills, ownership mindset and an interest in technology, software products and startups.

What Youll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across software and AI projects
• Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, QA and product teams
