Triosoft Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead software development projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

You will bridge the gap between technical teams and clients, coordinate stand-ups, define milestones, and manage scope, risk, and communication across stakeholders.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in management, particularly in software development or IT environments.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary client liaison; translate requirements into technical specs for the team.

Triosoft Technologies is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager to manage and coordinate the execution of software development projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of projects, maintain effective communication with clients, and act as a bridge between the technical team and clients. You will be responsible for leading the full project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Project Planning & Execution :
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Define project milestones, deliverables, and ensure adherence to project objectives.
  • Lead daily/weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings to keep the team aligned.
  • Track and report on project progress, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within scope.
• 2. Client Communication & Relationship Management :
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the development team.
  • Provide regular status updates to clients, addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering quality solutions, resolving any project issues in a timely manner, and managing client expectations effectively.
• 3. Team Coordination :
  • Collaborate with the technical team (developers, designers, testers) to ensure clear communication of project goals, deadlines, and client expectations.
  • Assist the team in breaking down complex tasks and managing workloads effectively.
  • Resolve any blockers or challenges that arise during the project execution.
  • Motivate and manage the project team to ensure that they are working efficiently and productively.
• 4. Risk Management :
  • Identify potential project risks early on and develop mitigation strategies to manage them.
  • Ensure proactive management of scope creep and other risks to maintain project integrity.
  • Adjust project schedules and deliverables as necessary to meet client expectations while minimizing risks.
• 5. Documentation & Reporting :
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, timelines, progress reports, and change requests.
  • Ensure that all project-related documentation is kept up to date and is accessible to both the team and clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of meetings, decisions, and deliverables for future reference.
• 6. Quality Assurance :
  • Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to identify potential bugs, usability issues, or discrepancies before client delivery.
  • Implement processes to ensure continuous improvement and standardization of project management methodologies.
• 7. Resource Management :
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure that project milestones are met.
  • Work closely with HR to ensure the recruitment and onboarding of necessary team members.
  • Manage team workloads to avoid burnout while ensuring that timelines are maintained.
• 8. Post-Project Support :
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure smooth project handover to support teams for ongoing maintenance or support.
  • Collaborate with the client for any further development or changes post-launch.

Key Requirements

• Experience:
  • 1+ years of experience in management, particularly in software development or IT environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Education:
  • Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
• Skills:

  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and internal team coordination.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and common tech stacks (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
