Job summary

Talentrouters is seeking a senior civil project coordinator for a heavy manufacturing industrial project in Ahmedabad. The role requires BE/B.Tech in Civil and 8+ years of relevant experience, with strong skills in project planning, coordination, MIS reporting, MS Projects and advanced Excel.

The candidate will coordinate across site teams, consultants and contractors, maintain schedules and MIS dashboards, and leverage AI tools to enhance reporting and documentation workflows.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of experience in heavy manufacturing/industrial projects.
• Experience in planning, coordination, reporting and documentation.
• Proficient in MS Projects, MIS reporting and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning and execution across teams.
• Track schedules, progress and deliverables for on-time completion.
• Prepare, update and maintain MIS reports and project docs.
• Support project managers in planning, reporting and coordination.
• Monitor performance and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting and dashboards.
• Leverage AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and workflows.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, contractors and internal departments.
• Maintain records of progress, timelines and resource coordination.
• Identify risks, delays and coordination gaps; support corrective actions.
