Job summary

Renq Power Solutions India is seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to manage solar EPC projects from planning through closure. You will liaise with engineering, procurement, site teams, and clients to ensure timely execution and complete documentation.

The role requires strong coordination, communication, and travel readiness, with exposure to large-scale solar projects. Prior Solar EPC or renewable energy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil engineering (mandatory).
• 25 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy / Construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor solar EPC projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, execution, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project progress.
• Track project schedules, milestones, materials, manpower, and site requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, work schedules, and progress updates.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding project requirements and updates.
• Follow up on procurement, material delivery, installation, commissioning, and project handover.
• Identify project delays or issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with site teams and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project specifications and company standards.
• Support the Project Manager in planning, execution, and successful project closure.

• Good understanding of project execution and coordination processes.


• Strong communication, follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams, vendors, clients, and site personnel.


• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and MS Word.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills.


• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.


• Candidates with experience in commercial and industrial solar projects will be preferred.
