About the Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and execution of projects and customer orders. The role will involve coordinating with internal departments, customers, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project activities and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities from order receipt to final delivery/closure.
Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Production, Purchase, Quality, Logistics, Site Execution and Finance teams.
Maintain project schedules, trackers and status reports.
Follow up on customer orders, specifications, drawings, approvals and required documents.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely resolution of project-related issues.
Track production and delivery schedules and highlight delays or critical issues to management.
Prepare and maintain project-related documentation
MIS reports and presentations.
Follow up with the factory/works team and third-party manufacturers regarding inspection, production, and dispatch status.
Coordinate with logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
Maintain proper records of customer communication, orders, approvals and project documents.
Track delivery commitments, potential delivery penalties, and pending retention payments, and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely recovery and closure.
Monitor project milestones and ensure timely follow-up with concerned departments.
Assist in preparing quotations, order summaries, project reports and other commercial documents, wherever required.
Support management in reviewing project status, pending actions and customer requirements.
Ensure proper communication and follow-up until project/order closure.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in Engineering field.
3 to 6 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, order execution, commercial coordination or similar roles.
Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, power, electric, EPC or infrastructure company would be preferred.
Good understanding of project/order execution and cross-functional coordination.
Strong follow-up and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience in preparing MIS, trackers and project status reports.
Ability to coordinate with senior management, customers and multiple internal departments.
Good documentation and organizational skills.
Should be proactive, responsible and capable of handling multiple activities simultaneously.
