Job Title: Project Coordinator – Civil and Interior Works / Telecommunications & Fiber Industry

Candidate Requirements: BE / B.Tech (EEE) / DEEE with 5 to 12 years of experience in Project Coordination in Transmission Line.

Job Responsibilities

1. Project Planning, Resource Planning, and providing customized work breakdown structures.
2. Preparing budgets for supply and installation portions of the line.
3. Managing and resolving technical issues at the site to prevent work delays.
4. Coordinating with procurement for timely material supply and with engineering for drawing and document approvals.
5. Tracking daily site activities to improve progress and prevent work stoppages.
6. Coordinating with clients for shutdown and crossing approvals, and informing them of any deviations from the contract.
7. Preparing monthly project summary reports to estimate resource usage.
8. Reconciling materials, resources, and preparing technical reports.
9. Preparing work orders, amendments, and reconciliation for subcontracted works.
10. Preparing and submitting monthly bills for subcontractors.
11. Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
12. Handling field quality assurance for materials (FQP Engineer) as per client specifications.
13. Assisting in preparing and submitting monthly invoices for client billing.
14. Following up with clients for drawing submissions and approvals.

Other Skills

• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of spoken Hindi (preferable).
• Willingness to undertake domestic and overseas assignments.
