Job summary

Camtronics Retail Pvt Ltd is seeking a Call Coordinator to supervise the existing team, manage daily service calls and technician schedules, and ensure timely resolution of complaints. The role involves coordinating with stores, purchase, sales and accounts teams, and monitoring AMC schedules and preventive maintenance visits.

Strong focus on customer satisfaction, issue escalation handling, and generating routine service reports for management.

Qualifications

• Experience in CCTV, security systems or ELV onsite service operations
• Good knowledge of DVR/NVR, networking and access control systems
• Experience coordinating field technicians and customer communications

• Assign technicians based on location, skill and urgency
• Monitor pending, delayed and repeat complaints and ensure timely closure
• Handle important customer complaints and escalations
• Manage and monitor AMC service schedules and preventive maintenance visits
• Coordinate with technicians, stores, purchase, sales and accounts teams
• Monitor technician productivity and service performance
• Review service reports and ensure proper ticket/ERP updates
• Prepare daily/weekly service reports for management
• Identify recurring service issues and operational bottlenecks
• Take ownership of overall service coordination and customer satisfaction

Preferred Experience

Experience in CCTV, Security Systems, ELV, Networking, Fire Alarm, Access Control or Technical Service Operations will be strongly preferred.

Good knowledge of CCTV, DVR/NVR, networking, access control and other ELV products is an advantage.
