Digital Hub Solution LLC in Noida is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end Digital Marketing Projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, maintain documentation, and align client objectives with deliverables within deadlines.

You will work with developers, designers, and the marketing team, use Jira/Asana/Trello/ClickUp, generate status reports, and flag risks early. A 2–3 year background in project coordination and a relevant degree are preferred.

• 2–3 years of project coordination or management experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support and manage end-to-end Digital Marketing Projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between cross-functional teams, track project progress, maintain documentation, and help align client objectives with deliverables within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, deliverables, and timelines for Digital Marketing Projects.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Track progress and maintain documentation using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation, andshare meeting minutes regularly.
• Communicate effectively withthe internal team andprovide timely deliverables to client,including SEO, website updates, content, and campaign launches.
• Identify project risks or blockers and coordinate with the team for timely resolution.
• Support post-implementation review and suggest process improvements for better project efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or Marketing (or a related field).
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably inDigital Marketing Projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and digital marketing workflows.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical and business requirements into actionable project plans and sharing timely reports to clients.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Certification in Project Management (Agile, PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX, CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot), and digital ad platforms.
