Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ to 5+ years of experience in project or product management.
• Experience in Agile projects and using related tools.
• Understanding of product life cycles and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of design thinking and UX principles.
• Experience in tech startups or SaaS environments is a plus.

This role demands an individual who is proficient in Agile methodologies and can translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead feature planning in collaboration with product, design, and development teams.
• Drive alignment on product goals and roadmap through thorough product understanding.
• Manage projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Oversee cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and Engineering) to ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Zoho Projects, Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, or similar for end-to-end project tracking.
• Manage sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews with Agile methodologies.
• Contribute to product analysis, gather feedback, and iterate on product features.
• Collaborate on business analysis and competitor analysis to refine product strategy and market positioning.
• Coordinate release management activities, ensuring quality assurance and version control before deployments.
• Liaise with UI/UX teams and provide feedback using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• Understand API functionalities and backend dependencies to better manage technical scopes.
• Display strong people management skills and motivate and support teams for peak performance.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear project plans, ensuring timely release cycles.
• Regularly communicate with senior leadership and management to provide updates on progress, blockers, and releases.
