Job summary

Refex Group in Chennai is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a high-end residential project. The role is office-based and requires strong organizational skills with 7–10 years of civil engineering experience.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors, maintain trackers, and ensure timely delivery and closure of project activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Manager, architects, consultants, contractors and vendors on project requirements.
• Maintain project trackers and follow up on pending actions, deliverables and milestones.
• Track project progress and elevate delays or critical issues to the Project Manager.
• Manage and maintain drawings, GFC/shop drawings, specifications and approvals.
• Track drawing revisions and ensure the latest approved drawings are circulated.
• Follow up on pending drawings and documents from consultants, architects and vendors.
• Support overall project documentation, coordination and timely closure of activities.
