Job Overview

We are looking for a Project Coordinator Digital Marketing to coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of digital marketing projects. The candidate will act as a link between clients, digital marketing team members, and management to ensure campaigns, deliverables, and client requirements are completed within the planned timelines.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing activities, excellent communication and follow-up skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple clients and team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to plan, track, and execute client projects.
• Coordinate with SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Content, Graphic Design, and other relevant team members.
• Track daily and monthly tasks, campaign activities, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Follow up with team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed within the agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with clients to collect requirements, content, creatives, approvals, feedback, and other necessary information.
• Act as the primary coordination point between clients and the internal digital marketing team.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the concerned team members.
• Monitor the progress of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, content, and other digital marketing activities.
• Maintain project trackers, client details, task updates, campaign status, and performance reports.
• Follow up on pending client approvals, requirements, payments, content, creatives, and other project dependencies.
• Coordinate regular client updates and ensure timely communication regarding project progress.
• Identify delays, pending tasks, or issues and escalated them to the concerned manager when required.
• Coordinate internal meetings and client discussions whenever required.
• Ensure that client deliverables are completed and shared within the agreed timelines.
• Maintain proper records of client communication, requirements, feedback, approvals, and changes.
• Assist the Digital Marketing Manager/Team Lead in monitoring multiple client projects.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the client and different members of the digital marketing team.

Required Skills

• 12 years of experience in project coordination, digital marketing coordination, client coordination, account coordination, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and activities.
• Kannada is compulsory.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client coordination and team coordination skills.
• Excellent follow-up and task management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining trackers and reports.
• Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
