Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end software project activities including planning, execution and delivery.
• Handle government projects with required processes, documentation and timelines.
• Work with development teams (Java/.NET, Microservices) to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Document technical and functional requirements, scope and objectives.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients with regular updates and relationship management.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve queries and manage expectations.
• Demonstrate presenting skills to explain technical solutions and align clients with deliverables.
• Assist in project scheduling, sprint planning and task allocation.
• Monitor SDLC phases and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Track project performance, risks, dependencies and bottlenecks; ensure coordination among development, QA, DevOps and clients.

We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage and support software development projects, including government (Govt.) projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal technical teams and external clients to ensure smooth project execution across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end software project activities including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Handle and support government projects, ensuring compliance with required processes, documentation, and timelines.
• Work closely with development teams (Java/.NET, Microservices) to track progress and ensure timely delivery
• Understand and document technical and functional requirements, scope, and project objectives
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular communication and strong relationship management
• Effectively coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve queries, provide updates, and manage expectations
• Demonstrate strong convincing and presentation skills to explain technical solutions and align clients with project deliverables
• Assist in project scheduling, sprint planning, and task allocation
• Monitor SDLC phases and ensure adherence to timelines
• Track project performance and identify risks,dependencies, and bottlenecks Ensure smooth coordination between development, QA, DevOps, and clients
