Job summary

INJECT RENEWABLES PVT. LTD. in Pune invites a proactive Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and completion of renewable energy projects. The role collaborates closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in renewable energy, EPC, electrical, or infrastructure sectors, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering or related field required.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating renewable energy projects.
• Experience with EPC, electrical, solar, or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing renewable energy projects.
• Break projects into actionable tasks and establish realistic timelines.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Site Execution, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues.
• Track schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization.
• Support budget preparation and monitor project costs; maintain documentation.
• Prepare project status reports and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate project handover and closure documentation.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, execution, and completion of renewable energy projects. The role works closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and project information.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing renewable energy projects.
• Break projects into actionable tasks and establish realistic timelines.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Site Execution, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants.

• Track schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization.

Experience

2 to 4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role. Experience in renewable energy, EPC, electrical, solar, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
