To manage and coordinate all ongoing projects of Aadishakti Infra Ventures, ensuring smooth, timely and profitable execution. The Operation Manager will oversee daily site operations, coordinate with clients and site teams, monitor manpower and machinery, resolve operational issues, ensure proper documentation and DPR reporting, and support timely billing and payment collection. The role also includes planning new projects, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently and as per company and client requirements.

Responsibilities

Collect daily reports from all Engineers, Supervisors & Operators by 9:00 AM.Coordinate with clients around 11:00 AM regarding planning, execution, targets and requirements.Visit at least one project/site every working day and monitor progress, quality, manpower and machinery.Check daily pour cards, pile records and project documentation.Prepare and circulate the Daily Progress Report (DPR) by 8:00 PM.Monitor project productivity, equipment utilization, manpower and site requirements.Ensure timely billing and regularly follow up for outstanding payments.Plan and execute new piling, boring and other projects.Coordinate machinery, manpower, materials and project mobilization/demobilization.Identify and appoint subcontractors when required, only with management approval.Prepare and issue work orders after obtaining necessary approvals.Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager for equipment availability, breakdowns and repairs.Maintain strong client relationships and resolve operational issues promptly.Escalate major operational, financial or client issues to management immediately.
