Responsibilities

• Collect daily reports from Engineers, Supervisors, and Operators by 9:00 AM.
• Coordinate with clients around 11:00 AM regarding planning, execution, targets and requirements.
• Visit at least one project/site every working day to monitor progress, quality, manpower and machinery.
• Prepare and circulate the Daily Progress Report (DPR) by 8:00 PM.
• Monitor project productivity, equipment utilization, manpower and site requirements.
• Ensure timely billing and follow up for outstanding payments.
• Plan and execute new piling, boring and other projects.
• Coordinate machinery, manpower, materials and project mobilization/demobilization.
• Identify and appoint subcontractors with management approval.
• Prepare and issue work orders after approvals.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for equipment availability and repairs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve issues promptly.

The role also includes planning new projects, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently and as per company and client requirements.

Responsibilities
