Job summary

Knowledge Park seeks a Project Coordinator for Mumbai to steer construction site activities, ensure schedules, maintain docs, and coordinate with consultants and suppliers. The role requires a Civil background with 8–10 years' site experience and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reporting tools.

The ideal candidate will oversee budget, quality control, and closeout processes, while ensuring effective cross-team communication and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years on construction site.
• Proven project coordination experience in construction.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Familiar with Civil, Structural and Architectural design/construction.
• AutoCAD, Computerised reporting and MS Office knowledge required.
• Local language written and spoken mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to meet schedules and milestones.
• Maintain contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
• Facilitate communication among team members, subcontractors, suppliers, clients.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and risks.
• Support procurement: quotes, contracts, deliveries of materials.
• Assist in budget tracking and cost control measures.
• Oversee quality control to meet specs and standards.
• Coordinate project closeout activities and final inspections.

Experience

• Minimum 8-10 years experience on construction site.
• Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role within the construction industry
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Well conversant with design and construction aspect of Civil, Structural and Architectural.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Computerised reporting and MS Office package is must.
• Needs an experience in leading the Project Management Team through civil construction, MEP and fit-out Projects and co-ordinating with all the Consultants.
• Knowledge of local language written and spoken mandatory.
