Job summary

Syncotts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil engineering initiatives in Mumbai. You will initiate projects with the Marketing Manager and Civil team, plan and execute activities, and coordinate daily with clients to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong communication, vendor management, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Collaboration with site engineers and technical leads will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Initiate new projects with Marketing Manager and Civil team.
• Plan and execute projects in coordination with Marketing Manager and Civil team.
• Coordinate with client on daily basis for project execution.
• Prepare time schedule per project and adhere to it.
• Provide daily updates with site engineer.
• Search and finalize vendors and rates on a project-to-project basis.
• Prepare MIS reports on projects daily.
• Record keeping of all necessary documents pertaining to the job description and monthly submission of the same.
• Cost estimation (pre-tender/project).
• Coordinate with Site engineer, Vendor, client, Billing engineer, Project coordinator and Technical lead for smooth execution of the project.
