Job summary

Consulting Engineers Group (CEG) in Jaipur, Rajasthan is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator for infrastructure projects. The role involves coordinating day-to-day activities among project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and maintaining project documentation. The candidate should have 4+ years of relevant experience and BE/BTech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects.
• Experience in Metro, Railway, Highway, Bridge, Flyover, Urban Infrastructure, or other major infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in project coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• BE/BTech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical from a recognized university; PM qualification preferred.

• Coordinate day-to-day activities among project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, MOMs, trackers, correspondence, and documentation.
• Coordinate technical submissions, drawings, approvals, and project-related communications.
• Monitor project progress and highlight delays, issues, and critical activities to the Project Manager.
• Organize and participate in project review meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting.
• Follow up with stakeholders for timely closure of pending actions and technical issues.
• Maintain proper records of project documents, approvals, and correspondence.
• Support the Project Manager in ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
