Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day program administration — meeting cadence, minutes, action item tracking — across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning workstreams.
• Maintain program documentation, drawing registers, and submittal logs.
• Track open action items and follow up with workstream owners through to closure.
• Support the Project Manager with status reporting and dashboard preparation.
• Coordinate logistics for site visits, audits, and stakeholder reviews.

Role Summary

The Project Coordinator keeps a data center programs day-to-day machinery running documentation, meeting cadence, action tracking — so the Project Manager and workstream leads can focus on decisions instead of chasing status.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day program administration — meeting cadence, minutes, action item tracking — across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning workstreams.

Required Qualifications & Experience
