ModMed is seeking a Project Coordinator - Level 1 in Hyderabad to manage end-to-end implementations of Patient Engagement products. You will work with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and keep clients aligned with objectives.

The role supports onboarding new clients, configuring features, and driving project up-sell opportunities. The position requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office, and a PMP or active pursuit is

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating software implementations or client onboarding.
• Familiar with SaaS or Healthcare IT project coordination.
• PMP certification or active pursuit of project management credentials preferred.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, Cloud Coach.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end delivery of Patient Engagement products (Pay, Klara, Bonsai) with cross-functional and international teams.
• Update, customize, and administer all aspects of projects within designated medical specialties and upsell services.
• Coordinate features and complete software setup with key stakeholders.
• Provide operational support to the Project Management team by handling administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests.

This role serves as a natural progression path for individuals aspiring to transition into Project Management roles within the Client Services – Implementation department.**Primary Responsibilities & Key Duties*** **Patient Engagement Implementations (40%)**: Drive end-to-end delivery of Patient Engagement products (Pay, Klara, Bonsai). Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to coordinate resources, address issues, and maintain proactive communication with clients.* **Project Setup & Administration (40%)**: Update, customize, and administer all aspects of projects within assigned medical specialties or upsell services.
