ModMed, Hyderabad, India, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer 1 to join our Software Product Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a hyper-growth SaaS platform focused on modernizing medicine.

Requirements include 5+ years of experience, strong Java/J2EE, SQL and relational databases, microservices architecture, and cloud exposure (AWS/Azure). Excellent communication and mentoring skills are essential in a collaborative SAFe/Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional programming experience.
• Strong experience with SAFe Agile/Scrum development methodology.
• Strong experience in SQL and relational databases experience.
• Strong understanding of Java/J2EE Object Oriented design and development skills.
• Solid understanding of Web Standards (XML, Web Services, REST).
• Strong understanding of Microservices.
• Exposure to AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience building scalable, globally accessible web applications and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
