Job summary

Mahathi Infra Services in Hyderabad invites applications for a Project Coordination role. You will coordinate between HO departments and site teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities and maintain high standards of communication and documentation.

You will track progress, support planning, coordinate with engineering and procurement teams, and prepare regular progress reports (DPR/WPR/MPR) and MOMs for timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between HO departments and site teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
• Collect and monitor daily/weekly progress from project sites and highlight delays or deviations.
• Coordinate with the Planning team for schedule updates, milestones, target dates, and project deliverables.
• Follow up with Engineering teams for drawings, technical documents, approvals, and engineering deliverables.
• Track material requisitions, purchase orders, vendor documents, inspections, and material delivery schedules.
• Communicate with site teams regarding manpower, materials, equipment, work fronts, constraints, and priority activities.
• Prepare and consolidate DPR, WPR, MPR, progress reports, action trackers, and management reports.
• Organize project review meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), circulate action points, and follow up for timely closure.
• Maintain project correspondence, reports, approvals, trackers, and other important project records at HO.
• Identify project constraints and pending actions, coordinate with concerned departments, and ensure timely resolution and escalation to management when required.
