Job summary

Constéra Realty Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Civil Engineering coordinator to oversee project coordination and track construction progress on-site in Gujarat.

The role involves coordinating with vendors, preparing cost analyses, and generating budgets vs actuals from the initial stage to project completion. Candidates with BE/B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma and ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred; Diploma holders may apply.
• Experience with ERP systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the project and tracking construction progress.
• Coordinating with vendors, obtaining quotes, preparing cost comparisons, and issuing work orders.
• Preparing Budget Vs Actual reports and cost analysis from start to finish of the project.
• Preparing quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Preparing Bar Bending Schedule (BBS).
• Preparing Material Analysis & consumption data as per actual work.
• Reviewing contractor bills as per work orders and submitting to accounts.
• Maintaining contractor billing data & reports.

Role & responsibilities

• Performing all the duties pertaining to the coordination of the project and tracking the progress of the construction.
• Coordinating with the vendors and getting quotes for on-site construction work to be executed. Preparing cost comparatives and Issuing work orders to the finalized vendors.
• Prepare Budget Vs Actual Report and doing cost analysis relating to the project from the initial stage to final stage.
• Preparing quantity calculation from the drawing
• Preparing Bar Bending Schedule (BBS).
• Preparing Material Analysis & Material Consumption data as per actual work.
• Check contractor bill as per work order, enter work done & submit to account department.
• Maintain contractor Billing data & reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering will be preferred. Diploma holders can also apply.
