Job summary

Executive Search in Bangalore is seeking a Project Control Engineer to collaborate with project teams, establish control procedures, and track progress using Primavera P6 and MS Project. You will develop and maintain the DCI, MCI, and CCI indices, prepare weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, and support proposal timelines with accurate data.

Role - Project Control Engineer

Work mode - In office (5 Days)

Location - Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to establish and enforce control procedures, ensuring effective tracking and progress measurement.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules (L3/L4) using Primavera P6 and MS Projects, covering all stages including commissioning.
• Develop, implement, and maintain functional schedules such as DCI (Document Control Index), MCI (Material Control Index), and CCI (Construction Control Index) in collaboration with execution teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain the project timeline.
• Develop, track, and forecast the project budget, conducting variance analysis to ensure financial adherence.
• Identify potential risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly progress reports to stakeholders, detailing status, issues, and risks.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather and verify data, ensuring accurate and aligned reporting.
• Assist in preparing realistic project timelines for new proposals using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
