  • Cost schedule management using work breakdown structures and project control tools.
  • Collect, track, analyze, and report performance data including costs, labor hours, earned value, productivity, and project risks.
  • Identify and track changes to project scope, ensuring cost and schedule impacts are clearly estimated and communicated.
  • Integrate cost and schedule data with accounting and management information systems to support financial and performance goals.
  • Participate in change control, document control, and critical path method (CPM) network analysis.
  • Lead and develop a team of project controls specialists, including work direction, mentoring, hiring support, and salary administration.
  • Maintain company quality standards in line with Quality Management System requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support project objectives.
