Job summary

EY in New Delhi is seeking a Project Consultant-National-PAS WKFA-CNS for Workforce Advisory to support people-centric HR initiatives.

You will contribute to data collection, diagnostics, and end-to-end consulting tasks, delivering client-ready presentations and insights with strong PowerPoint and Excel storytelling.

Qualifications

• PG Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
• Master of Business Administration.
• Master of Computer Applications.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong functional and consulting capabilities across people-focused domains.
• Sound understanding of Human Resources and Talent Management domains, including Organization design and workforce planning.
• Talent acquisition, learning & development, and performance management.
• Compensation & benefits and rewards strategies.
• HR operating model and HR transformation initiatives.
• Ability to support end-to-end consulting projects, including data collection, diagnostics, and analysis.
• Process mapping and future-state design.
• Preparation of client-ready presentations, reports, and insights.
• Experience applying analytical tools and frameworks (e.g., workforce analytics, engagement surveys, competency frameworks).
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel for storytelling, analysis, and executive communication.
• Exposure to HR technologies or digital HR solutions (e.g., HRMS, talent platforms, analytics tools) is an advantage.
• Adherence to consulting quality standards, timelines, and documentation practices.
