Job summary

Cvent is seeking an onsite solutions specialist in India to manage client onsite experiences and act as the primary point of contact for events of varying size. You will train clients on hardware (routers, printers, badges) and the software platform end-to-end, and collaboratively ensure smooth delivery with partners.

You will advise on event execution, handle escalations, and manage multiple projects while aligning with milestones and best practices for onsite event management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of client interaction experience.

• Train the clients on the hardware (Router, Printer, Badges) and the software from end to end.
• Serve as a point of contact and strategic advisor for all assigned events (small to medium in size & scope).
• Directly support and consult with customers on how to best leverage Cvent’s Onsite Solutions through timeline‑specified milestones and standardized operations.
• Work with the strategic partners to ensure successful delivery of hardware and supplies onsite.
• Identify and define product improvements and enhancements as they pertain to client needs and overall deployment.
• Serve as a point of contact for Onsite escalations and be flexible working out of office hours and on weekends.
• Manage several concurrent projects.
