Cvent is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead large-scale deployment projects for clients, configure and test Cvent products, and train users. You will work closely with product, sales, and account teams to ensure successful adoption and value realization.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years in project or customer management within the meetings or software sector, with strong communication and leadership skills and a track record of delivering complex implementations.

The Cvent implementation team is responsible for configuring and deploying Cvent software for new and existing clients. The team's primary goal is to provide expert guidance and technical execution to ensure the client successfully deploys, adopts, and receives value from their Cvent products.
The team's work is a mix of project management, technical configuration, and client‑facing consultation.
