IIT Kanpur invites applications for the Office of the Dean of Research & Development (DORD) on a purely temporary and contractual basis for one year. The role involves handling official documents, assisting officers, and performing tasks in the DORD office, with a focus on timely file movement and documentation.

Desirable experience includes Daak disposal and photocopying, with a global emphasis on accuracy and administrative support to senior staff.

Competenze

• Minimum qualification: 8th class with 4 years relevant experience or 10th class with 2 years relevant experience.
• Minimum qualification: 10th class with 6 years relevant experience or 12th class with 4 years relevant experience.
• Desirable: Disposal of Daak, Photocopying and other work assigned to DORD office.
• Experience handling files and assisting officers/staff for at least 3 years.

Applications are invited from highly motivated candidates for the office of the Dean of Research and Development, IIT Kanpur on purely temporary and contractual basis for a period of one year. The period may be extended based on requirement.

Consolidated Salary Structure:8000- 400-24000

Minimum Qualifications:8 th Class + 4 years of relevant experience OR10thClass + 2 years of relevant experience

Desirable: Disposal of Daak, Photocopying, and other work assigned to DORD office.

The Candidates should have minimum three years’ experience of handling files, moving of official documents from one desk / department to other desk/department and helping officers & other staff in performing their duties.

Consolidated Salary Structure: 10000- 500-30000

12thClass + 4 years of relevant experience
