Job summary

Hill International in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Architect to review and approve preliminary and final designs of Stations across Ground Floor, Concourse Floor, Platform Floor, and Roof.

The role requires senior oversight of detailed designs, Good for Construction drawings, and field-condition adaptations, with focus on temporary works and as-built drawings during construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture degree from an esteemed university.
• Minimum 7 years experience after degree.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve the preliminary and final designs of Stations (Ground Floor, Concourse Floor, Platform Floor, Roof).
• Review and approval (Ground Floor, Concourse Floor, Platform Floor, Roof) of detailed designs and Good for Construction drawings prepared by DDC.
• Review, approval and modifications as applicable in plans, drawings, methodology that may be necessitated to change as per field conditions during construction and execution of works.
• Review and approval of designs and drawings of temporary works during construction of the project.
• Review and approval of “As build drawings.
