Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect based in Chennai. The Project Architect will oversee the design and execution of building projects, ensuring they meet clients' specifications and sustainability goals. Responsibilities include developing architectural plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, supervising execution, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and handling submittals. Additionally, the role will involve incorporating modern architectural practices such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and sustainability certifications like LEED into project processes.

Job Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Architecture and Preferred the Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Experience in managing submittals and project documentation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Must be having atleast 2+Yrs experience needed.
• Architectural Design and Project Management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Architecture principles.
• Experience in designing of construction pojects.
• Timely delivery of drawings.
• Soft Skills - Autocad, Sketchup, Lumion, 3D Max, Revit, Photoshop, Coredraw, Ms-Office Skills.
