The role focuses on workforce operations, stakeholder management, and delivering exceptional hiring experiences. You will partner with Hiring Managers through the contingent workforce lifecycle, manage requisitions, supplier engagement, shortlist candidates, onboarding, and offboarding, and drive hiring delivery for semiconductor and engineering roles

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in MSP, recruitment, staffing, workforce management, or talent acquisition.
• Experience supporting semiconductor, engineering, or technology-focused hiring programs preferred.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
